        Official Rulebook Details

        • Using only the rungs within one lane, laterally navigate the obstacle and ring the bell.
        • Competitors are not allowed to touch the top or bottom square supports at any time.
        • Any part of the body touching the ground between the start and finish bell.
        • Using rungs from another lane or crossing over the top of the obstacle.
        • Competitor using the supports to their advantage.
        • Competitor must start on the first element or section of the obstacle.
        • A competitor is committed to their lane and considered to have attempted the obstacle once any part of their body has touched the second element or section.
