      Official Rulebook Details

      • Complete the prescribed amount of pushups.
      • Chest must touch the ground and hand must come off the floor at the bottom of the rep.
      • Inability to complete the prescribed number of push ups.
      • Not touching chest to ground or releasing hands at the bottom of the rep.
      • Must complete push ups within the designated area.
