  • Work on improving grip strength to hold onto the cargo net better
  • Build up your confidence by going up and down a tall ladder
  • Rock climb inside or outside - builds up grip strength and mental confidence

  • Climb up and over the obstacle.
  • Inability to climb over the obstacle.
  • Using supports (including natural supports, such as trees) to complete the obstacle.
  • The Vertical Cargo 2.0 is considered a single obstacle. A penalty of 30 burpees in total is appropriate for failure at any point.
